In qualifying for the Certificate of Recognition our company has proved to the industry that we have a safety plan appropriate to the needs of our staff. Discussed injury prevention issues with our staff and invited their ongoing participation in the health and safety program. Identified hazards and hazard controls as an ongoing process. Developed and implemented good health and safety practices, and developed a review process for changes and ongoing improvements to our safety program.

The company has developed and continues to review and improve its safety program on a regular basis. The company has been through a number of internal and external audits and continues to be extremely safety conscious. By completing these audits the company is a holder of commendable standing.

By participating in the Partners In Injury Reduction (PIR) program with Alberta Human Resources & Employment, Alberta Construction Safety Association and the Worker's Compensation Board, as a team we work towards reducing accidents, ill health, and their associated costs.
